Items should be submitted to the bulletin at least 9 days prior to the weekend of the desired bulletin, preferably one month prior to ensure space. Due to a limited number of pages and a very active parish, it is not always possible to get an item into the bulletin even when adhering to these deadlines. Items are placed on a space available basis. News items that are specific to Guardian Angels Church and School receive first priority. Placement and editing of stories submitted to the church bulletin is made by Guardian Angels Staff.
You may submit items for the bulletin either by sending an e-mail to Bulletin@GAChaska.org or by clicking here (your browser must support e-mailing from within a webpage). Items may also be sent to or dropped off at the parish office during normal business hours, but priority is given to e-mailed items. We appreciate your cooperation.
Please note that we are trying to reduce the number of inserts that are being placed in the bulletin. Our preference is to include the information within the body of the bulletin. Inserts must either be provided by the group/individual or purchased from the church (at a rate of 20 cents per B/W copy or $1 per color copy) --HOWEVER please get approval for your insert before having copies made!Requests for inserts must be made 1 month in advance of the desired bulletin. Inserts must also indicate, in writing on the front of the insert, that the group/individual paid for the copies. Groups/individuals who are granted approval for an insert must also provide at least 2 volunteers to help stuff the bulletin on the Friday morning prior to the bulletin being distributed.
